Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handcrafted to order. We do color our own Flüf and batch to batch might differ slightly.
Care for your new product(s) by:
*Keep in a cool, dry place while storing your cotton candy for maximum freshness
* once opened eat within a day or 2.
* products in tubs should last up to a week within receiving but not gauranteed(There’s factors like, humidity, sun exposer or a tight seal on the lid)
* products in goodie bags and cakes should be eaten within about 2 days.
Your Cotton Candy can be damaged if:
* It is in direct sun.
* It is left out in the open air
* exposed to high humidity or moisture

Our company ships through USPS or UPS
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
* We charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers.
* We offer free porch pickup and are located in NAMPA, IDAHO
* We offer local delivery with a minimum of $30 order within Caldwell, Nampa, Boise area.
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 7 days to be handmade.
Due to the nature of our product only if it arrives defective will we offer a return.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and photo of damage.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
